FAQ
Questions we get asked
Is there a charge for diagnosis?
Yes. Diagnosis is $150 per hour. That covers finding the actual fault with factory equipment, and you get an estimate to approve before any repair starts.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We are appointment only, so give us a call at (501) 747-7752 or text (501) 439-8228 and we will get you on the schedule.
Do you work on all GM vehicles?
Yes. Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac, plus the older GM brands: Pontiac, Saturn, Oldsmobile and Hummer. If it has a GM badge, we work on it.
Will coming here void my factory warranty?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to use any qualified repair shop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as the parts meet manufacturer specifications. Ours do.
Why should I choose you over the dealership?
Dealer-level expertise and factory diagnostic equipment, at a fair price. Our technicians have years of dealer-level experience, and you talk to the people doing the work.
What does CarFax reported mean?
Every repair we perform is reported to CarFax, so your service history is documented on the vehicle record. That is worth real money when you sell it.
What is covered under your warranty?
12 months and 12,000 miles on parts and labor. If something we repaired fails inside that window, we fix it. Engine and transmission replacements also carry nationwide coverage.
Do you only work on GM?
GM is our specialty, but no. We work on other makes too. Just ask.
